Release The Fire

The Warfare Journal is a project of Release The Fire Ministries. I have always felt a kinship with the prophet, Jeremiah, who was often reviled for the Word which God had placed within Him. The name, Release The Fire was inspired by Jeremiah 20 verse 9:

But if I say, "I will not mention him or speak any more in his name," His word is in my heart like a fire, a fire shut up in my bones. I am weary of holding it in; indeed, I cannot.


Much of my life has been spent involuntarily stifling that fire. Release the Fire is my attempt to begin to release that fire. It is my dream, if it also be His will, to be able to dedicate myself occupational to His ministry. I believe that many of us are part of a generation which will soon see the return of our King. As that time approaches, our commission to spread the gospel grows even more pressing. It is time for us as servants to the Most High King to Release The Fire of the Holy Spirit and to turn this world upside down.
